Lynn Saccoliti, Founder/Chairman: Consultant/Medical Industry As an accomplished healthcare executive, Lynn works on developing and implementing strategic initiatives for New and Emerging Medical Technologies. Her professional work includes DC/Government Affair meetings and Congressional and Senate meetings regarding medical coding, coverage and payment issues. Her career has focused on healthcare and device businesses for over 20 years. Prior to consulting her positions included Vice President, Reimbursement Affairs RITA Medical, Senior Director, Reimbursement Medtronic, as well as having positions in Disease Management, Health Care Benefits, and Prudential Healthcare. Lynn has a long history of working with special needs children starting as a teenager working at summer camps. She currently enjoys volunteering at the Special Olympics and at the Las Vegas Joy Prom. Her dedication to special needs children stems from her family history and inspired her to form i.m.perfect.

Lindsay Terret, Program Development: Eligibility Outreach Coordinator, Foundation for Positively Kids; Lindsay has dedicated her professional career to working with the Medically Fragile and Special Needs Children. Her current focus is working in the field, with civic organizations, daycares, surrounding schools and the community-at-large raising awareness. She has supervised several successful programs for parents of special needs children among other highlights such as an advocate for children with I.E.P (Individual Education Program) and training the general public how to interact with special needs individuals. Lindsay has served on several committees and currently serves as Lead Chair of Joy Prom, a signature annual five-star quality event for special needs adults. She has been acknowledged for her performance and community service including the Down Syndrome Organization of Southern Nevada, Certificate of Excellence, 2009, Hand in Hand Award, Nevada PEP (Parents Educating Parents), 2009, UNS Outstanding Service Capstone Project, University of Nevada, Las Vegas, 2008, .S.A.F.E. House Certification, 2008
Crystal Thurman, Community Relations: Film and Print Model and Host As an accomplished film and print Model and Host Crystal is thrilled her career has included projects promoting Las Vegas and Nevada including Bally’s, Caesar’s, Palazzo, The M, The Palms, Monte Carlo, MGM, Las Vegas Country Club and Green Valley Ranch Hotels and Resorts as well as McCarran Airport, Nevada Private Bank, Las Vegas Life and Luxury Magazines. Crystal is the reigning Mrs. Anthem, a recognized Community Ambassador identifying need as well as reaching out through ‘random acts of kindness’. Crystal will proudly participate in the 2012 Mrs. Nevada-Mrs. America Pageant, February 26, 2012 with a platform focused on family and community service. Crystal sits on the Wallin School Community Involvement Board, conducts the Annual Wallin School Toy Drive and manages their Annual School Shoe Collection Initiative. She is a devoted volunteer at The Palms of Sienna Assisted Living Center and Nursing Home working closely with their residents and also welcomes the opportunity to engage with Las Vegas individuals who live with intellectual or physical disabilities at Joy Prom each year.
